Marika found me after I had recently captured a friend’s wedding and was looking for someone for her own wedding planned for next year. Of course I was excited that she contacted and wanted to book with me!
Markia and Bob have the most adorable little girl, Calli. She’s just over a year old and so full of life. They really wanted to have an engagement session done, but it wouldn’t have been complete without including little Calli right along side them! I think the hardest thing wasn’t to get her to smile, but to get her to stay still long enough for a picture! Good thing they brought along a good friend to be the silly face behind me and keep her attention!
They decided to book in late summer in hopes to get a beautiful summer night… and that is exactly what we got. I think it was close to 30 degrees that night and with the sun just starting to set we got some amazing light. We went the evening walking around to different parts of the park, enjoying the warm summer air.
