Last week we had been holding out to wait for a good day… a little dry weather was all we were asking for!!!
This family is one that I have to give thanks to 🙂 People always say ‘it takes a village’ to raise a child…. and it really does. My oldest gets out of school at 2:30 and my middle gets out of preschool at 2:30… hmmmm leaves me in a tough spot being in two different places at the same time. So this awesome family who live just down from us bring my big guy home from school through the week so that I don’t have to worry. Each day I pull up with the other two in the truck and have all of these guys waiting at my door for me to get back.
I’m so appreciative of the awesome people in our neighbourhood and so glad that I can help give back with something like new family portraits! I was told the last time they had family photos was when the youngest, twins, were only 18 months old. A little overdue I’d say 🙂
This pond is just up the street from our house, it’s the perfect spot for a mini session – but even better for us as it’s a place we go all the time. I alway think it’s fun to have a location for your own family that actually has meaning. A place that you frequent or have fond memories of.
I’m excited to hear some feed back on this one… I know mom was a little stressed that everyone was being rather silly – but I have to say I LOVE the family shots we got!
