Welcome to 2017!!!
I hope all of you enjoyed some family time over the holidays and were able to get outside and play! We have had colder weather than usual and it has me excited that we will be able to capture some outdoor ‘winter’ sessions here in BC! Normally you’d have to head to the mountain for these, but so far we are able to capture these beautiful winter scenes right here in the Lower Mainland.
This is for all the families who had great intentions of getting updated family photos done before the holidays, but just were unable to fit them in… why not do it now!!
It was so much fun to meet up with this family on Boxing day. It was totally last minute and just as we watched the flakes starting to fall, we booked it in. This was a mini session where we captured a few posed family and individual photos, but then just went and had fun for the rest of the time. The kids were sledding and we had a little snowball fight. It was perfect!
If you are interested in a session like this, a mini would be 20-30 minutes and provide 12 images to choose from at $300 or a full session is 30 images for $500 and we would have more time to go for a walk and look at different backdrops/things to do!
This week although cold, the early evening sunsets are simply stunning! Ahhhh the lighting, snow and crispness in the air would be so beautiful.
