I'm so excited to invite you all to follow my passion and enjoy the many different images that I will be posting here!
What can I say about doing something you really LOVE to do! Photography has always been a passion of mine, something I have always felt was a part of me. I can remember back to when I was immersed in the equestrian showjumping world... I would remember watching the photographers there thinking how much fun it would be to do that for a living, but it was more then that. I would sit and watch them, follow their lens to see what they were shooting. I can clearly remember one show that I was working at, the photographer pointed their long lens my way and I could picture what he was seeing through the lens. As I held the horse I pictured the photo cropped in, so I pressed in closer to the horse, my hand was holding his nose and glanced up towards his eyes. I thought what a great picture that would be of a quiet moment with my horse (of course I'm guessing most people dont picture this of themselves!) I was so excited to see the proof images in the coming days to see if he too saw what I was feeling, and it was there!!! I was so excited! That kept me going on this path and I soon started to find my own eye for what came so naturally to me.
Some people photograph landscapes, wild flowers or nature... some photograph commercial material, architecture or cars. For me my passion is capturing people and the things around us we love. I feel that I have a unique ability to see into people, see them for who they are and capture that on an image. I dont always wait for what someone else may think is the perfect shot, but I snap when I think it's perfect for you. I want my images to reflect you - not create you!
